In 2000, all cities are grey.
As time progresses, the cities become:
- Redder, the higher the growth relative to the average of all cities
- Bluer, the lower the growth relative to the average of all cities
The colors are based on equally sized septiles of performance. The size of the bubbles is proportional to city population.
